Availability and Pricing: All listed vehicles are offered based on current stock and may vary depending on availability. Prices shown reflect special online offers and may be adjusted at our discretion without prior notice.

Repossessed and Fleet Vehicles: Some listings feature repossessed or corporate fleet vehicles obtained from banks, leasing providers, and financial institutions. We operate as intermediaries facilitating safe and transparent sales, transactions, and logistics.

Privately Owned Units: In addition to institutional stock, we acquire vehicles from private owners, government departments, rental fleets, and verified business operators across Australia. Each listing is subject to detailed inspection and verification to maintain our quality standards.

Storage and Viewing: All vehicles are securely stored at partner storage facilities nationwide. For security and operational efficiency, physical viewings are not available — all deliveries are completed directly to the customer’s nominated address.

Vehicle Condition: Every vehicle undergoes a multi-point mechanical and visual inspection before listing. Units that do not meet our reliability and safety benchmarks are excluded from sale.

3. Purchase Protection Guarantee

Trial Period: All purchases include a 15-day test period. During this time, you can fully assess your vehicle. If it does not meet your expectations, you may return it within this period for a full refund, no explanation required.

Delivery Service: We provide fast, Australia-wide delivery to your specified location.

Delivery Costs: Delivery is complimentary for the first 150 km. For longer distances, a small additional rate of $0.50 per kilometer will apply.

4. Sales Process

Payment Confirmation: After making payment, you’ll need to provide proof of transfer or receipt for verification. Once confirmed, we’ll begin final preparation and logistics arrangements.

Preparation and Delivery: Your vehicle will undergo final quality checks and cleaning before being shipped. Our delivery associate will then coordinate a suitable handover time with you.

Final Handover: Upon delivery, you will receive your keys and documents. Our representative will verify your ID and collect your signature to complete the process.
